Enquiry records are kept in our booking system for as long as your file stays active, then archived for seven years to meet insurance and guiding regulations. You may request a copy, a correction, or deletion at any time by writing to the office.

This site sets no marketing cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Basic, anonymous traffic counts are collected by our hosting platform to keep the site standing.

Kit-manifest ticks are stored in your own browser and never leave your device. Clear your browser storage and they are gone.

Questions about any of this reach a person, not a portal — write to the office and we will answer within 48 hours.
